1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to room availability.
- A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in.

- Booking confirmation will be shared via email or phone after successful reservation.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
- Guests may be required to pay a partial or full advance at the time of booking.
- We accept cash, UPI, debit cards, and major credit cards.
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may attract one night's retention charge.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for maintaining decorum and respecting other guests.
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
- Illegal activities and misconduct are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
6. Hotel Facilities
- Private parking is available for registered guests only.
- High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary within the property.
- Restaurant services operate during specified hours.
7. Force Majeure
Sukhad Stay Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Privacy
Guest information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
